An hour with a coach who watches every rep: warm-up, skill work, the day’s workout, cooldown. The weight and the movements are set to what you can do today, week one or year six.
What to expect
Every class runs about an hour and follows the same shape. New this week or five years in, the hour looks like this.
A few minutes moving and raising your heart rate, so your body is ready for the work.
Your coach walks the room through a lift or movement, correcting form one person at a time.
The main event, scaled up or down for exactly where you are, coached start to finish.
A few minutes to stretch, breathe, and come back down before you head out.
Who it’s for
A No Sweat Intro first: twenty minutes with David, sitting down, in street clothes. You talk through your goals and leave knowing exactly which class to walk into.
