Program · Barbell focus
Snatch, clean and jerk, and the squats and pulls behind them, coached in cycles so a lift actually moves over weeks.
Where it stands
The class times for Olympic weightlifting are still being set, and so is who coaches the series. Until both are settled we would rather leave this page short than post a time you cannot turn up to.
Ask at your No Sweat Intro or call the gym and we will tell you where it stands, then let you know as soon as the schedule is set.
A No Sweat Intro first: twenty minutes with David, sitting down, in street clothes. Tell him you want time under a barbell and he will point you at the right start.
