Program · One to one
Thirty or sixty minutes, one to three times a week, built around your goals and whatever currently hurts. Group classes are included, and most people run six to eight weeks then reassess.
What to expect
One one-to-one session a month is included with new memberships. Personal training is also available in packs. Here is the shape of a block.
You and your coach start with your goals, your schedule, and anything that currently hurts or holds you back.
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, for both the monthly session included with new memberships and sessions from a pack.
One, two or three times a week, one to one or semi-private. Group classes are included for personal training clients.
Most programs run six to eight weeks. You and your coach look at what changed and adjust from there.
Who it’s for
A No Sweat Intro first: twenty minutes with David, sitting down, in street clothes. You leave knowing whether personal training is the right start and what a block would look like.
Rates are set at that sit-down, not printed here. Rather talk first? Call (803) 710-7271.
